Andy Lloyd’s Morning show is a vibrant mix of the greatest hits of all time along with the latest news and sport.  Broadcast every weekday morning from nine, Andy plays classic hits from the seventies & eighties, there’s a daily featured artist and a regular excursion to meet ‘The Bradshaws’, a fictional Manchester-based comedy soap set in the 1960s.   The daily Retro Chart follows the 11am news, counting down the top 10 and playing the top 5 from this day in a bygone year – with the comedy feature ‘Nuts at Nine’ AT 9.45am we think Andy’s morning show is the best sound in Britain and hope you’ll agree.

Ben's journey into the world of work began at his local butcher's shop, where he took pride in his uniform and responsibilities, even if they mostly involved cleaning. Despite the humble beginnings, Ben felt a sense of coolness and accomplishment in his role. However, his career took an exciting turn when he ventured into television and radio production. Over the years, Ben has worked on various productions, including popular shows like "Brum," "Dalziel & Pascoe," "Hotel Babylon," "Casualty," "EastEnders," "Dr. Who," and "Torchwood." Amidst the glitz and glamour of the entertainment industry, Ben found himself in amusing situations, including being playfully chatted up by John Barrowman, leaving him blushing uncontrollably. Outside of work, Ben finds happiness in running his small automated radio station, which plays love songs and chill-out tunes close to his heart. This project has not only kept him busy but also served as a source of solace during lockdown. When he's not working, Ben enjoys spending time with friends, indulging in fine food, and dreaming of the holidays he's missed during the pandemic. Ben's taste in music reflects his laid-back personality, with Christopher Cross's "Sailing" holding a special place in his heart for its calming vibes.
